We provide compassionate psychiatric and neurological care directly to residents in assisted living, memory care, and group home settings. Our team works closely with staff, caregivers, and families to manage conditions like depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and medication needs—all without requiring stressful outside appointments. By offering on-site evaluations, personalized care plans, and behavioral support, we help improve quality of life, reduce hospitalizations, and support the overall well-being of both residents and care teams.

Our psychiatrists provide in-facility care on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely support for patients when it matters most. Cerebral Care staff will coordinate directly with family members, providing advance notice of the psychiatrist’s visit, including the date and estimated time of rounding at the patient’s location.

Caring for a loved one with dementia can be overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting—but you don’t have to do it alone. Our team works closely with families to help navigate the complex challenges of memory loss and cognitive decline. We provide in-home evaluations, clear care plans, and compassionate guidance tailored to each stage of the journey. Whether you're facing difficult behavior changes, safety concerns, or decisions about long-term care, we’re here to support both the patient and the family—every step of the way.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Medication can be a powerful tool in managing mental health and neurological conditions—but it’s not the only one. We take a thoughtful, individualized approach to medication management, carefully evaluating each patient’s needs while also exploring non-medicine alternatives whenever possible. Whether it’s behavioral strategies, environmental adjustments, or supportive therapies, our goal is to relieve symptoms in the most effective and least invasive way. We work closely with patients and families to ensure every treatment plan is safe, sustainable, and centered on whole-person care.

COGNITIVE ASSESSMENTS

Changes in memory, behavior, or thinking can be confusing and deeply concerning—for both patients and their families. Our neuropsychiatric assessments are designed to identify the root causes of symptoms with care and precision. Whether you’re seeing early signs of dementia, recovering from a stroke, or noticing personality shifts, we provide in-facility evaluations that are both comprehensive and compassionate. Our team uses evidence-based tools to assess cognitive function, mood, and neurological health, helping to create a clear picture and a personalized plan for next steps.
